- Advance Rental Payment of 25% is required at the time of booking the reservation. - Rental Payment is due in full 31 days prior to check-in (holidays and monthly: 61).
Cancellation Policy: - All reservations cancelled greater than thirty one (31) days (holidays and monthly: 61) prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any advance payments, minus a 10% cancellation fee. - All reservations cancelled thirty one (31) days or less prior to arrival will forfeit their Advance Payment. - All reservations that are not paid in full within thirty one (31) days of the check-in date will be cancelled and all advance payments will be forfeited.
